My Name is Murugan.... This is regarding the Tommy Hilfiger watch purchased from THE WORLD OF TITAN -Nungambakkam Purchased on 29.01.2011, Model No-TH1710284/D. It has been repaired three times within 2 Year because it had stopped working.. Battery Issue....Watch Running slow because of the batter not fixed properly..The last time i visited The World of Titan Showroom at Nungambakkam for Inter Stoppage problem with y watch...They said they will send it for service and get it repaired. Date (21.01.2013) CAP No (566) the watch was returned back to me after 25 days saying that the Mechanism was changed. Also they told me that to but a new watch from Tommy Hilfiger..I said having all this in mind later would come back. Now i have problem with this watch as the metal strap is not locking..I was riding my bike wearing the watch all of sudden the lock of the strap opened..Luckily the watch didn't fell down...and now i am not able to lock this watch...As i am fed up with this watch...I would like to get the watch replaced because this happened for the 4th time...I have called up Titan Toll free No and registered a complaint....... Complaint No 347831....They have said they will give me a call in 2 Hrs....Waiting for the same...
