[Resolved]  VINOD SIKHWAL NALWA STEEL AND POWER LIMITED RAIGARH — FRAUD AND CHEAT

We are one of the Leading Exporters of Knitted Garments in Trichy.
We got an enquiry from Mr. Vinod Sikhwal who claimed to be the Director of Shyama Apparel and Exports Pvt Ltd. Raigarh Chattisgarh.
One of his aunt Ms. Shakuntala Pandey Sikhwal who was our valueable client in previous year advised to work as supplier for Mr Vinod Sikhwal
Mr. Vinod Sikhwal spoke to us over phone and mailed us numerous times for rates negotiations for T shirts and other knitted garments.
He sent his father in law Mr. K L Sikhwal introducing him as his uncle to our office four times and utilized our office to convince Mr. VInod Sikhwal’s buyers.
After signing the MOU and other relevant documents he abruptly stopped replying us so did by his uncle.
On enquiring from our own sources we came to know that the number given by Mr. Vinod SIkhwal [protected] belongs to some Nalwa Steel and Power Limited Raigarh Chattisgarh.
He has taken samples from us and wasted our time in manufacturing the samples ununcessarily.
Being a Director of the company when it is clear that Mr. Vinod Sikhwal is a fraud person and doing such type of things for past many years while working in Nalwa Steel Plant I personally feel to make all the persons concerned of his Plant as well as of those who are in his grip of making samples must be aware of this person.
A lady called Rachita Saigal of Delhi and Lucnow, visited our office with some foreigners who claimed all that Vinod SIkhwal did not fulfil their requirement of Export and Rachita Saigal taken over the buyers and want to do business with us.

Rachita Saigal told that vinod sikhwal of Nalwa is a worst and fraud person using his Uncle to befool suppliers and collecting the samples for his personal use.
The correspondence of his and his identities are hereby enclosed for Nalwa people reference and necessary action as once we put up a legal action in that case Nalwa and other people will also be in question.
