I ordered co-ord set (2 units) worth ₹1, 998 from an online website.
I have paid the full amount.
I received a parcel delivered via Ekart, but I never ordered anything from Flipkart.
The product inside the parcel is completely different from what I ordered.
This appears to be a case of wrong delivery or online fraud.
Kindly help me get a refund and take action against the seller.
