Clothystore.in — Sarees ordered is different and received is different and of poor quality

I had ordered two sarees from the website for rs.2198/-. However on opening the courier parcel, to my surprise, there were two sarees of poor quality and different sarees [which i had not ordered]. It was sent through delhivery couriers. There is no reply f for the email sent by me to the clothystore.in

I was able to contact the seller through courier person. I threatened him of police complaint. Immediately I was able to get back my amount. his contact number is [protected]. his number is reachable in whatsapp call. His number is saved in true caller as Dealyep Dealyep. In case of problem, please contact him

Can you please provide his what's app phone number, I am not able to trace him
It's very very fraud company. Don't buy any one. Need to take action on this. please let me know how to complaint on this company.
