Cloud Nine Hospital Gurgaon — fake ssg test

We were planning for pregnancy and had visited Doctor Sweta Bansal Wazir in cloud nine hospital, ( as our trusted doctor had gone out of country). She suggested to undergo SSG (salpingosonography) test to check if my wife has tube blockage or not, for which we went to cloud nine. The charge of the test was Rs 7200/- + some equipment charges. The test was conducted under the doctors presence. We were told that my wife’s both tubes are clear and there is no issue. After a month or two we went back to our old trusted doctor who on the basis of this test continued her treatment for one year.
After that she told that she has doubt on the tests because there might be some internal issue and we should go for Colour Doppler ultrasound and HSG test. To our utter surprise we came to know that my wife has ‘ unicornate uterus ‘ and the left part of the uterus has not developed by birth. Which clearly shows that the SSG test conducted was not correct. We wasted our whole one year, money & hope all for no good. Considering the fame of cloud nine hospital and Dr Sweta Bansal Wazir, this was not expected. We felt cheated. When the doctor had asked for SSG test, we were finding it difficult to find a lab or hospital where this test is done and had asked the doctor if we can go for HSG test as most of the clinics / labs were saying to go for HSG, but she insisted on SSG saying that HSG is very painful and it’s almost absolete. Had we gone for HSG test the results would have been crystal clear that time only as HSG is a test based on X-RAY which anyone can understand unlike SSG which is based on ultrasound, which only doctors cam understand. I am writing this not for anything but for the people involved should understand how importance their actions are in our lives and how much distress these things cause in the people who are trying to conceive.
