I have moved my home from Bharuch to Bengaluru on 26th of July.
The quotation included
Rs 1, 28, 000/- for packing and moving
Rs 32, 000/- for comprehensive insurance @ 4% of Rs. 8, 00, 000/-
This was agreed and accordingly payment of Rs. 1, 60, 000/- was made for the completion of job with insurance.
However, Cloud Packers and Movers took a basic marine policy despite my multiple verbal reminders for a premium of Rs. 591/- and charged me Rs. 32, 000/-
There have been a few breakages in the shipped consignment to the tune of Rs. 50, 000/- and I have sent a mail to the company on the same. However, they are not able to process the claim as they say that they took a basic policy.
1. Cloud should refund amount of Rs. 31, 409/- that they have charged extra for premium on insurance which they never adhered too.
2. They should settle my breakage claims of Rs. 50, 000/-
Total claim amount of Rs. 81, 409/- to be settled.
When confronted they deny.
