As company provides work of typing pdf to word file 100 pages
300/- per page after completion they are promised to give the salary of 34000/- At the time of Salry they are asking me to pay the money against salary GST So I had paid almost 21000/- as per their requirement in different payment slots

after payment done they said still there is error you need to pay more money this time i said i m not going to pay the money give me my money back so Usha maam said i will refund the money after 30 days and then again she extend the date to 60 days so she promised me that she will refund my money on 20th june 2022 i.e. today her phone is switched off
now .

I want her to be punished and refund my money please help me out on this. I have all the proofs of payment done from my side. but here i m not going to publish it. and i do have screenshots of her responses to my messages.

till 25 th of may usha mam was responding then she gave me the final date i.e. 20 th june. still no response from their side need to find that company and punish them on that location is there anybody who can visit the office

Why are you saying that one person in your company cannot pay 5000 penalty case and court case fee 165000 sir?

They gave me one project in one data entry job but I did not finish their project due to health issues

So if you give me another 5 days time I would like to complete your project Sir your company employee is not giving me time but he is asking for money.
