Cloudesk Management Services — Fraud by cloudesk management services LLP- took rs 3700 for data entry job and not providing authentic work and refund

I am filing complaint against CLOUDDEESK MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLP, LLPIN ACY-5095, located at Gera Imperium Gateway, Kasarwadi, Pune.

This company contacted me for online data entry/typing job. They took Rs 3700 as registration/security fees via UPI and promised to provide typing work. After payment, they did not provide any proper work and were delaying refund.

Company is using virtual office at Gera Imperium. They use gmail id for official communication, not company domain. Their company name is confusing - CLOUDDEESK with double E. Their registered capital is only Rs 50000.

After I filed complaint on Cybercrime portal with Ack No: [protected] and sent email asking for refund with MCA details, they finally agreed on 29 Sep and replied "Your refund is currently under processing and is expected to be credited to your source account within the next 4 working days." I have email proof.

I am raising this complaint to make public aware so other students/job seekers do not get trapped in this. Request to investigate this LLP.
