I paid ₹25, 000 to CloudHire on 9 July 2026 for their Elite Scrum Master remote-job placement service. I fulfilled every stated requirement: three AI interview certificates scoring 75+, uploaded my job description, and connected my LinkedIn and Gmail.
The service was not delivered as promised:
1. The job board showed roles from unrelated fields, not Scrum Master.
2. Searches returned only about 10 results - all India-based (not remote), roughly 9 of 10 expired, all sourced only from LinkedIn.
3. "Swipe to Apply" showed only 6-7 applications instead of the promised 10, repeating the same jobs, several from Jobgether rather than company career pages.
4. My counsellor (Riddhi) told me jobs would come from multiple platforms including company career pages. This did not happen.
When I raised these issues, my counsellor Riddhi and account manager Adarsh stopped responding. I emailed support requesting a full refund of ₹25, 000. Instead of resolving it, they asked for my availability, missed a call they themselves scheduled, promised a callback that never came, and disconnected my calls when I identified myself.
Resolution sought: Full refund of ₹25, 000. I have documentary evidence (email chain, platform screenshots, call records) and have given the company a deadline of 6 August 2026 before initiating consumer-court proceedings.
