Clove Bay — fake product received, product not working

I have ordered two mentioned below two items from clove bay site on 14/6/2019 and received the product on 21/6/2019. But when i checked the product it was not working as i got the defective product and immediately i made the complaint to the company but i did not got any response from them even their customer care no, not working.in that box mentioned details are ricb7444, docket no.
