This appears to be a fraudulent experience. I ordered a watch from them, but unfortunately it is not working properly. Since receiving the product, I have been trying to contact their customer support to request a return or replacement. However, despite multiple attempts through different channels, they have not responded at all.
This lack of response and support is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. As a customer, I expect proper assistance, especially when the product delivered is defective.
