This was my 4 th trip with veena world... But this time the experience was very very bad...

1. The bus in which we travel was changed 5 times. Why there is not one bus only from start to end?
2. Local travel for sight seeing in udaypur was done by auto... That too 6 persons in one 3 seater auto... How inconvenient it was... We in our normal routine also don’t travel like this.. We don’t expect such kind of travel when we pay good amount for the trip...
3. The hotel at mount abu was not even a 2 star rating hotel.. The rooms was too small.. No paper roll in toilets... No dustbin was there in the room., no tea coffee maker also... These are basic requirements...
4. At udaypur also hotel castle inn was given to us which was also not very great... The lunch and dinner was arranged at another hotel which was at 3-4 km distance from where we stayed... Which was very very inconvenient... We used to go direct for dinner from sightseeing without freshening and then came at 10 pm in our room... Because we had to wait till everyone finishes... This arrangement was made because the hotel where we stay did not provide non veg... Then why such hotel was booked first of all... We had booked our tour well in advance and paid full money.. Then why we have to comprise like this?
5. At mount abu sight seeing, no toilet halt was given from 8.15 am till 3 pm
6. At udaypur there was total mis management of sightseeing and time. We had suggested our tour manager to go to city palace first as it takes a lot of time to visit and explore it... But inspite of that he took us to saheli ki bari and rana pratap smarak in the morning. The guide was just doing timepass and wasted our time and we spent almost 3 hours there. From 12 pm to 1.45 pm we were waiting for the boat to go to lake pichola... We came back at 3 pm for lunch and then by 4 we went again to city palace. By the time we entered city palace it was almost 4.30 pm and and 5.30 was closing time... Thus we did not get much time to explore such a beautiful palace. We were very very disappointed.
7. Even a historical place like haldi ghat was not included in the itinerary.. Which should have been there.
8. The height of irresponsibility was at ran thambore. All o[censored]s were asked to get ready for the safari by 6.30. But few o[censored]s were not taken for the safari. They were told that the cantor will come but it never came. Later we were told that only 32 seats were available for the safari.. So the tour manager selected few family on their own and dropped few family. These left out people had a big argument with the tour manager and hence it was decided to offer them a afternoon safari.. Which was also not having permit and hence it did not happen only.. These people got very very angry and were not ready to leave ran thambore... It was 7 pm... By this time the families who completed the safari was asked to check out at 12 pm and after having lunch the tour manager made them wait on a lawn in open at another hotel.. This was very very disgusting as there were kids with all d families. We came to know from the tour manager that the safari was not booked online and permit was not taken in advance. For every wild life safari the safari has to be booked in advance and which can be done online. We had paid the tour charges well in advance then why the safari was not booked in advance. We don’t expect such irresponsibility from veena world. Dues to all these mess the bus started at 8 pm from ranthambore. We had our dinner at 10.30 pm on a dhaba and reached at 1.20 am to the hotel. This all happened on a children’s day and all the kids had to suffer for food whole day..,
Pathetic experience with veena world.
