Hello, I am Ajay Patidar from Indore. On September 15, 2023, the Club Resorto team called me and told me we are a new company and providing a free holiday package and movie voucher, so please come to the Park Hotel Indore and collect it. After this, I go to that address with my wife, Punita Patidar. There are some salespeople who welcome us and provide details about their company and packages. After hours of commitment and details, we agree to purchase their Rs. 80000 holiday package. and giving me a commitment that if you want to cancel it before taking any service from us, you can cancel it at any time and your full money will be refunded to your source account. After two days, I tried their salesperson and support team for package details and clarification, but they didn't reply to my messages or give any proper answers to my questions. After lots of tries, they are telling me about my package, which is totally different and wrong and was committed to me by their salesperson. I was unhappy and totally disappointed at that time and chose to cancel my package and mailed for cancellation, so they reverted back and told me that you would get a 32% deduction if you cancelled it. That is totally wrong and totally different from what was committed by their salesperson. I am totally disappointed and depressed. They robbed me with their false commitment. want my 100% money back. please help me please i am robbed and totally depressed
