I have ordered 2 kurtis (Order #15927, 15928) of Rs. 199/- each on 1st December 2020 and done the payment successfully via online and have received the confirmation mail for my order. There was no further communication from them and are not responding to query emails. Till date I haven't received the order nor able to track it. The site is also unavailable. Please do help me to get the refund.
