To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing to formally raise a complaint against Club Frisson regarding the Gold Membership I purchased for ₹45490 for a 5-year term. At the time of purchase, the following commitments were made by your representative (M. Aamir):

Inclusion of two children under the age of 15 without additional charges.
Waiver of maintenance charges .
Maintenance charges would apply only after utilizing one full year of holidays (6 nights).
Despite paying in full, these commitments have not been honored. Here are the issues I have encountered:

Delayed Responses: When I requested a booking, it took 15-20 days to provide property options, and even then, I was offered only 3 nights instead of the promised 6 nights.
Unjust Maintenance Charges: I was asked to pay maintenance charges upfront, contrary to the agreed terms, where charges were to be applicable only after availing one year of holidays.
Deceptive EMI Scheme: The salesperson falsely claimed the EMI would be "no-cost, " but I later discovered an additional Interest charges was charged for the EMI.
Refusal to Cancel Membership: Despite being assured I could cancel i[censored]nsatisfied, I was told this was not possible due to the terms of the agreement.
Agent behavior has been unprofessional and dismissive. She made misleading claims to secure the sale and is now denying all commitments. This has caused immense mental stress and financial loss.

What I Request:

A full refund of ₹45490 due to failure to fulfill the commitments made during the sale.
Immediate action to ensure such practices are not repeated with other customers.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter by:

Filing a formal complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (1915) and consumer court.
Reporting this matter to financial institutions regarding the deceptive EMI charges.
Sharing my experience on consumer platforms and social media to warn others.
I hope this matter can be resolved amicably without further escalation. Please treat this as urgent and respond within
