Dear friends,
I have taken the member ship of "club group" from sub mall, in the month of april'2015, with lots of commitments during the counseling.
But regret to refer here that, since then i had made 3 requests for the booking, none had been accepted!! Also no commitments were fulfilled as discussed during the meeting!!
Also one more request is still pending since 9 days, i had sent 3 reminders but still getting the reply - "we are checking with the facility and revert".
There is lack of transparency and delay of replies. I could not imagine, how the service looks like!!
In view of above, i can only say, i had been cheated and some fraudulent commitments had snatched our hard earned money!
