We were tempted by many good things promised by salespeople, saying that if you pay some money today, you will get a Diwali discount, free coupon, etc. We paid Rs. 10, 000 and next day, we realized that all the existing members were complaining about so many things, so we asked the salesperson to refund the money,
He is now not replying to any emails, and when escalated, someone asked for documents like pan card etc, without giving any guarantee of refund. How come such a big company is asking for such documents online, and what for? Why are refunds not yet ready?
