I bought a package from Club Meridien in Dec 2021 for 75, 611 INR in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. The dealing salespersons were "Amit Sharma" and "Chandan Singh".
1) I have been continuously following up for a refund of my "interest amount" which is 6711 INR, which they promised to return after 6 months of purchase, but it's been almost 3 years now and I have not received it.
2) After thousands of calls they arranged a 3-night stay in Goa on an average Resort (Grand Vatika - 1800 INR/Night), and that's it. I have got only 3 nights in the last 3 years, every time they say it is a season time or they don't have availability of rooms in that location.
3) I am chasing them for the Saloon voucher (5000 INR), and that is also the same story. We will reach out to you once our marketing team will provide the voucher.
4) Complementary nights (6N/7D ANYWHERE IN INDIA STAY WITH 1-WAY AIR TICKETS FOR COUPLE): Totally fraudulent. The first time they told me you can only book this in the month b/w March to Aug. and next time they will say it is not available.
I am really frustrated with why and how this kind of company can operate in our country. This is a daylight fraud and no one is responsible for this?

6) Up to 40% to 50% Discount on food & beverage.
7) Special Discount on banquet bookings through CHPL.
8) Special offer on Diwali / Christmas / New Year celebration event.
