On July 5, 2023, the company named Club Resorto (www.clubresorto.com) invited me for a presentation at Hotel Country Inn, Manipal, Karnataka and many offers were described to me like vacations, movie vouchers, free vouchers etc.. They said the package is for 70 nights for 10 years and we can use 7 N/ 8 D per year. After discussion, they put another offer of no processing fees and interest on EMI for 2 years the amount I am paying. Then I took the package of Rs 255000/- (Rupees Two Lakh Fifty-Five Thousand). I have paid Rs 255, 000 as a membership fee by swiping the credit card.
After few days I got my credit card amortization statement with processing fees, heavy EMI Interest and it is for 12 months instead of 24 months as committed. So I got shocked because I do not have a budget pay for 12 months instead of 24 months and therefore I started to contacting Mr. Israr Ahmed who sold the package to me at Country Inn hotel and he directed me to contact Finance department, Mr. Rahul Arora. After making contacts and sending e-mails, they are started to giving me the dates for resolution/refunds and keep promising with uncertain dates. Later they ignored to attend my calls as well as messages. Then I called Ruchi Chouwdary/Firdous who is my point of contact for package, and they are also not responded. Later I followed the process of Grievance of complaints as per their websites (https://www.clubresorto.com/club-resorto-complaints) and wrote an e-mail message to Frist Level, Second Level and Third Level, and not received any responses from those teams and looks like that is fraud too…all were fake promises to get the money from me.
So, as a whole, this is a well-planned SCAM who targets the common man by giving fake offers at the time of enrollment. So please arrange to refund my money although I paid the one-month EMI with interest, but I do not pay rest of the money, therefore kindly do the needful. Please... Please help to get my money back.
