I am forced to raise this complaint after experiencing about 6 months of stress, anger, waste of my precious time and energy in a fraud company which has a focus to fast earn handsome amount of money by luring our fellow citizens with free gift vouchers/movie vouchers/saloon&spa vouchers and attractive hotel accommodations with hefty amounts by making members.

Background of the case
We got a call to attend the promotional event at the hotel jw marriot, chandigarh on 22nd june 2019 with a luring promise of free movie vouchers, discounted saloon vouchers and free of cost 2n3d stay. My wife and me attended the event and got convinced to join their promotional event for which the company got us impressed to get us joined and took our signatures on the undertakings and documents. We paid inr 85, 000 through our credit/debit cards. We were not given the copy of receipt of payment nor copy of documents we signed on the spot as they said it will come with the package kit but luckily we could click the pictures of the documents we signed.
While returning back home we thought that we already have so many responsibilities in hand and our this decision is not wise at this moment of time and we decided not to continue with this package and inform the company accordingly on 23rd june, 2019 via email. The next very day we requested them not to continue our process of registering as member as we knew that it was sunday and office would be closed, but the company representatives refused to entertain our request and said it is not possible as the registrations what we do in promotional events are non-refundable (This statement was exactly not in tune with the termination clause what we signed and it lead to creation of doubts about the true ethics of the company and fake promises).
We were fortunate to click pictures of the signed documents which clearly says that refund can be claimed in 10days of purchase of package if not satisfied, and the refund will be initiated in 30days. This is where such companies are befooling hundreds and thousands of innocent people and most of them do not report back and compromise with the loss.

Black face behind the vibrant aura/soft spoken luring words and sequence of events:-
1. The company tries its best that the member immediately book foc 2n3d package and somehow 10 days claim period is lapsed, most of the people will not get the signed copy in time as they get it signed by saying it is just a formality.
2. There idea of contacting the people from known contacts of members keeps them safe about getting into any kind o[censored]nfortunate happenings.
3. Even after our email request for not processing for our membership, package e-kit, payment receipt & resort lists were sent to us on 26th june, 2019 by email. Our customer id forcibly generated as crpb-1269 without our consent, receipt no 635324 dated[protected] of inr 85000 generated and sent to us.
4. It was conveyed that 35% charges will be deducted on 03rd july 2019, but the reason for and on what account was not told which means that they have 35% margin to be distributed among top executives of the company and rest 65% they will manage for their inventories i. E booking rooms.
5. I requested nch (National consumers helpline) for help and a complaint reference was generated i. E grevience no.1423070 based on which club resorto decided to deduct only 7% charges for which they sent the claim form to be filled.
6. Since we didn’t accepted any of their physical package kit so we requested for waiver of 5% administration charges and requested for only 2% deduction. This was finally accepted by them on 29th july 2019 with 2% deduction and release of money in 60days..
7. Claim form was sent back to them with the request for early release of money on 31st july 2019.
8. Till 16th september 2019 no money released.
9. 90 days over, till 30th october no payment released.
10. After 90 days again been told that it will be released by 20th nov, 2019.
11. No payment received and on 20th nov, being told that it will surely be release before 10th december 2019.
12. Last reminder sent on 10th december 2019 but no acknowledgement or further commitment received from them.

From the above sequence of activities it seems that they have no intensions of making payments for whatsoever reasons are there with them. We must make all our fellow citizens aware about such unprofessional, unorganized and unethical organization. This company also deviated from one another commitment that they said there will be no annual maintenance expenses but actually it is there, since i am not their member i do not want to go in the details of their offerings.

I would urge and request you to kindly take immediate action on them as they have for no reason taken my peace of mind and teach them a lesson so that they do not ditch any other customer like me. Please trust me that most of the members might not report the cheatings they experience from such un-professional companies. We are at huge loss as we are un-necessarily paying installments with heavy interest to the bank (6 installments already paid). There not replying to my mail and releasing refunds itself shows that they have more o[censored]nsatisfied customers in their kitty than satisfied customers. Sir, your strict action on such a fraud company operating under your jurisdiction will help them do the business with ethics and will also help to get the payments release to the trustworthy members as per the contract agreements. I do understand that this complaint is not at all related to any criminal offence by the company but still such things may lead to any kind of manhandling/shouts/fights as anger within may erupt out anytime and police is there to safeguard and prevention of any kind of violence to happen in the society, trusting which i am writing to you.

Please note that my complaining like this is truly justified and can be judged from the complete conversation between me and the club resorto hospitality ltd., enclosed along with this letter.
