I have taken a holiday membership from Club Resorto dated 24 September 2023 for Rs.2, 30, 000(Two Lac Thirty thousand only) on which I was told that I will get a 4 Night and Five days Holiday package in india with air tickets to ad fro for four members of my family along with 10 years Holiday package in which I can take a Hotel room in Three star and above hotel category. Till date I have only availed a three night package dated 01 October 2023 in a Hotel at Agra namely Seven Hills Tower. As I am now planning a holiday with my family to Port Blair and I am asking them to provide air tickets and other facilities as per the commitment they are asking for Rs.35, 000(Thirty Five thousand )more as the total package was of Rs.2, 65, 000. Request you to kindly look in the matter and help me out as I have paid them a heavy amount and I am being refused for facilities. Was this information helpful? |
