After careful consideration and review of the membership agreement, I am in disagreement with several aspects outlined in the agreement, which have led me to the decision of cancellation. Fake Promises and offers offered at the time of meeting and looting money from the credit cards. Additionally, upon further investigation, I discovered that Club Resorto Vacations Pvt. Ltd. is listed as a defaulted company in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Income Tax and GST. As per the records, the company has defaulted in filing financials since 1st April 2021. The last financials filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs were for the financial year ending on 31st March 2021. Furthermore, the company's GST registration was taken on 18th January 2023, but it has defaulted in filing GSTR3B from February 2023.
