If there is anyoner Victim of this scam please reach out to me as im going to File an FIR complaint and going to take this Club resorto Vaccations to consumer court as they are grabbing the money from lot of people and then making their life miserable.
When i asked for cancellation they said who asked you to buy, but if you see I never approached Club resorto asking I need your memebrship and also i have never asked them to give benefits to me and more ovet i have not asked the free vouchers.
Its them who have illegally got my number from Hundai as i have purchased new Car and troubled me manytimes to come to get the Gift voucher and sold the memebership with all fake promises.
Now you would have understood how they are doing the scam. let me explain you in detail.
You might have heard many Scams on the Holiday Package.
Club Resorto have recently cheating many people in recent years and Getting the people in trap by giving all Fake promises. They Call you to the big named hotels saying you have got gift vouchers and come for the refreshment session with family and once you go there then you are trapped.
This is mainly for new car owners. They get the Conatcts of new car owners from the dealers and contact them and make them to bring to the big hotels.
Im one of the Victim of CLUB resorto Scam, got trapped by their false promises and lost money of about 410000 on 6th Jan 2024. The promises what they have provided agreed while selling the memebership and what i received via email was completely contradicts and those benefits what they have agreed was found to be full of fake and never exist in club resorto at all. Thats when i realized i got scammed and got in to a trap.
Important Note:
They told me that i can cancel the memebrship and will get 100% refund with no GST, No Bank charges and no service charge if i have not utilized any of their services. If i have utilized their services and then go for cancellation they will charge from 10 to 30 % based on the service utilized.
When i asked for cancellation they denied it saying that they cannot cancel before availing the service which is completely not ethical and saying some company policies which never even informed about it to us.
They never respond to your emails even if you shout that you got in the middle somewhere and will still give you fake promises that some one will contact to help you out but no one responded when we are shouting that we need support.
They will tell you all the lies best holiday packages, Attractive discount air tickets, 4 and 5* hotel accomodation, free transport for pick up and drop, No cost EMI, no processing fee, no of years package benefits.
Mainly they will convince you to buy the membership by telling that you can go to US, UK, EGYPT, Europe any part of the country for 4d/5D with complete free of cost starting from your home till you return back all expenses will be covered by Club resorto and customer has no need to spend even a Penny.
They Speak very professionally and you will never know that they are putting you under trap and going to grab your hard earned money.
To be honest they will mismerise you by giving all the pake policies and promises which would never exist in their policies and you would never even imagine that this many fake promises that they have given.
They will make you to sign in a docuemnt without even giving time for you to check anything as they have already given enough promises. If you ask for the proof they will tell you that you will get in an EMAIL.
You will know only the promises all they provided is fake when you receive the welcome letter from them on email. That will be end of all your happiness.
