Club Resorto vaccations PVT LTD Sold their subscriptions with all fake promises and now when i ask for cancellations they are deniying and not responding properly for the cancellation request and refund.
If anyone filing a case in Consumer court im ready to support. PLease message me here or email me to fight it togother.
PLease help me to get the refund in any way. They have taken a signature in a different brouchere and when i asked for the promises and agreemnet he informed that i will get it in email but i have never got email with those terms, policies and promises.
Its a scam that they will somehow convinence to buythe subscriptionwith false promises which will never exist in their policies and once its done you are done. Im a victim of their trap and lost money of 410000.
I got this on Jan 6th and sent cancellation email on Jan 7th and almost fighting for 10 days but still they give false promises. My issue is not resolved and im going to file a case in consumer court if any one already raised please help me out. Thanks
Case Sheet:
I want to make my case very clear to you why I have raised cancelation to cancel my subscription. On what note and promises that subscription was sold to me and now not abiding those promises and mentioning something else in the email is not ethical.
On these grounds I request you to cancel my subscription and return my money. As it’s a Hard-earned money and also, I have not utilized any of Their services.
Club Resorto PVT contacted me via my phone saying they got my details from the Hyundai car dealership from where I had recently purchased a car. They said I was eligible for free movie vouchers and a holiday package which Hyundai asked to provide for their customers.
I have denied by saying that I’m not available and I’m not interested but I got continuous calls stating that I just need to come only for the gift vouchers which is complete free of cost.
Atlast I agreed to come at 7:30 PM as I was continuously getting calls and wats app messages.
Informed that we are here becoz we bought new hundai car. They have tie up with Hyundai and Maruti and they took the number from them and providing this gift vouchers as a promotion to promote their company club resorto.
PLease find below all the fake promises:
Point1: Air tickets up to 30% discount always
Any air tickets at any point of time will be booked by club resorto always at a discounted price up to 30%.
When I asked up to 30% means he said minimum guarantee 15 % and most of the times 30% you will get it
Point2: Accommodation to 4* and 5* is completely free
The accommodation to any 4* and 5* is always completely free and client no need to pay even 1 peeny from their pocket. Usually if you book in any 4* and 5* hotels the Gym, Swimming pool and Kids area are not included in the hotel accommodation. But through club resorto there is no cost involved for Gym, Swimming pool and Kids area and its all included in the accommodation itself and accommodation is completely free with all this inclusive.
The breakfast included as compliment in any of the hotels, but Lunch and dinner can be purchased at a discounted rate 40 to 50% always if required.
Point3: Transportation starting from home and returning to home( except Air cost and site seeing) its free
Always when the accommodation booked through club resorto the pick up and drop is completely free
- From Home address to Airport where we are going to board the flight
- Holiday location Airport to Hotel holiday planned.
- While returning back
- Hotel to Holiday location Airport for return.
- Then our Indian Airport to our home
He informed all the above said is completely free of cost and no need to pay anything from client end. It will be all taken care by Club resorto.
Point4: Transportation charges if we avail for site seeing locations.
He explained that the transportation for any site seeing location from the accommodation provided star hotel its fixed 15 per KM in India and no Car charge and drive chare involved. Only 15 per Km need to be paid from the client.
When I asked about other countries, he explained the same 15 per KM will be provided but with the conversion rate. This 15 RS will converted in the exchange rate and client need to pay that amount.
Point 5: Explain the cost part of it
It’s a 10-year Package which included total of 70 days.
He informed that its cost around 310000 so he calculated that 310000/70 which is 4428 per night with all the above benefits.
Point 6:Additionally benefits:
If we take this plan today, he is going to us 4N/5Days holiday package completely free to any part of the Asian countries except Pakistan.
Which includes Starting from our home to returning to home. Air tickets, Accommodation is 4 and 5*hotels transportation, Breakfast, lunch dinner, transportation to site seeing locations. No need to pay amount from our pocket its all will be taken care by club resorto.
We can convert this into EMI in 24 months with 0% interest charges and we need to pay only the EMI for the amount 310000 for 24 months which is 12916
If we pay the total amount now it will be only 270000 not availing the EMI option for 24 months
After the trip if we are satisfied with the service, we can close the EMI by only paying remaining amount and the total cost would be 270000.
Means if we Paid 100000 as EMI and want to close the amount, we can get it closed by only paying additional 170000 to get it closed as it wil be considered for 270000 only and no need to pay any additional amount as earlier it was for 310000.
Point 7: All 365 days
This applicable to all 365 days and when we asked how you do the service at peak time he said no we have tie up will all the countries and we will provide the service.
Only things I for domestic it need to be notified atleast before two days and for international it need to be before 1 week.
Note: Shan never mentioned anything about black out period at that point of time. I was shoked to see this only in the email seny by club resorto .
Point 8: Can cancel this subscription at any point of time if we don’t wish to continue. Never mentioned any policies.
I asked to give us one more day to decide as its an huge amount he said if you go out now you will lose all these benefits and showed one of the client signed documents which is for 5 lakh the same no of days 90 days.
He promised that we can cancel at point of time if we don’t wish to continue. I asked specifically what will happen if I want to cancel the next day he said that if you can cancel at any point of time and 100% refund will be done.
However, I suggest you take the service and then decide to with or not.
I asked how you refund the whole amount after I utilized the services and want to cancel in between. He informed that we will deduct 15 up to 30% for the services you have been utilized and will provide the rest amount back from 310000.
Note: He dint tell anything about the cancellation policies which I know only after when I asked for the cancellation. This is not at all acceptable.
He gave us only 10 minutes to decide. Quickly got the swiping machine and swiped It and introduced his manager Anaand Chauhan.
After swiping 310000 and again he came back with the swiping machine saying that there is an additional offer which ICICI is giving which I forgot tomention you and I Only came to know that now.
Point9: Made to swipe additional 100000:
If you additionally pay 100000 then
4N/5D will be free for any part of the world before it was only asia. He said that included (US, UK, Germany, Italy, Swizz, France, all countries any part of the word is completely free and you don’t have to pay even a rupee)
If you take this benefit that itself will cost you more then what you have paid so you are benefitted totally.
Additionally, the Annual maintenance charge will be paid only from 3rd year and for the first 2 years no need to pay Annual maintenance chares. Its completely free for first 2 years.
Plus, total give you 180 days in total for 25 years. So 410000/180 days so its come around only 2277 only for per night he calculated and showed in his mobile.
At last, before the card swiped, he informed that we can use 3 weeks maximum in a year which is 21 days he mentioned in number and not more than that.
We can take maximum of 6 Adults and 6 Kids. And they need to be our blood relations and not any other friends.
Three rooms need to booked in that case and each room will be deducted per night so 3 nights will be deducted from Package.
Note : He never mentioned anything about the age limit either its adult or Kids. Later I saw in the email the kids below 6 years only which I was not aware of not even told me as I have a kid who is 5.6 years old. If I would have known this why should I go for this.
Point 10: All discussed will be sent in email.
When I asked give me all those we discussed he mentioned that you will get that in email with all the benefits what I have discussed and agreed with you now.
Shan informed that today is Saturday and we will be working till midnight and tomorrow will be Sunday which is a holiday and Monday you will get all this in email.
