We (me and my husband) were invited by Club Retreat in the Hotel Ramada Jammu for some membership plan on 3rd Oct 2021. They offered us various plans and asked us to pay a holding amount of Rs 10000 which they told us that will be refunded once we say no to the welcome call from their company. We paid them and trusted on their words of paying back. But next day when we received a welcome and i said no to them, they refused to pay back a single penny to me and told me it was just a miscommunication. They said forget about your money now. I want my full refund that's all i need.
