Club W — I booked a package with club w and paid 75000/- on 10/09/2023. Despite repeated attempts, they're not responding to my queries.

On 10/09/2023, I made a payment of 75000/-(step by step payment ) to club w (widu holidays from kerala and the traveler partner of Kerala blasters) for a tour inr package booking. However, despite my repeated attempts to contact them via phone and email, they have not responded. I have tried to reach out to them multiple times, but there has been no communication or update on my booking.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of service and unprofessional behavior or displayed by club w. As a consumer, i expect a certain level of service and transparency, which has not been provided.

I request a full refund of 75000/- and compensation for the distress and inconvenience caused. I hope this matter can be resolved at the earliest.
