Clubfamous.online — Product Not Deliver, after payment

I placed an order for women's clothing on 16 of November 2020, money was debited from my account, and received a confirmation email, but later on another email came in and notified me that payment was failed. When I checked my account I found the amount deducted was refunded.

So, I placed another order for the same product.

But this time they debited for both the first and second orders as well.

Crap!!!

Please help!

And they don't deliver the product and also not response to my email till now after the confirmation email from them.
