[Resolved]  Royal Gymkhana & Club — FALTU Hotel. Misbehaving and doing cheating with the guests.

ROYAL GYMKHANA & CLUB Badlapur, Near Satsang Vihar, Hendre Pada, Kulgoan, Badlapur, Thane - 421504 FALTU Hotel. I was on of the frequent visitors of this hotel. The hotel n its infrastructre is good. However the front desk and room service are very pathetic. Last time i visited this hotel checkin process is very slow and the illetrate Front off takesits own time. They cant even copy guests correct name from the guests id proof. The tv channels were not working and when asked a bauld person who called himself the manager but was unable to uderstand english fooled me stating there is no power cut and hence every thing was working on generator hence channels wont work. However later when i saw power in nearby premisses and still the channels are not working i realised that the setup box not installed hence i was unable to view the channels when asked the manager he just stood numb.The worst thing was after chekin when i requested him empty glasses of water to drink water he abruptly refused stating that glasses are only given to people who order liquor from the hotel so i asked him how should i drink water he said directly by bottle and hung up the phone abruptly. The staff is very skinny and dosent live any opportunity on pass comments on there guest and when questioned they just lie laughing and talk in country mens style as if its not hotel but some house full of dons. The staff always looks opportunity to come in your room and distrub u unwantedly. According to me if the staff gets an opportunity to rape they would be happy to do so and i belive while looking at ladies there intensions can be recognised. The rooms are good but the hotel is in one corner of badlapur and very lonely and risky as most of the rooms are vaccant. I wonder y they have a gymkhana and club in badlapur where people hardly care for these things... . The service is also pathetic. ts a club and not a resort. And they have awesome activities but wont allow i[censored] not a member so no point in going one time. I would suggest the owner inorder to increase his business please change the staff or esle there wont be any diffrence between Royal Club and Rainy resort which according to me has a vast difference. I would suggest my friends rather going to this hotel you better go to a lodging and boarding for 2 - 3 hours.
