Club Starwood is a totally unreliable company.
The company is in the business of selling vacations / Holidays from 1 year to 30 years as per your requirement.
For this the company lures various customers with very lucrative packages and offers.
The company called us for a meeting in IBIS Hotel ashok nagar bangalore and offered us dinner and a 3n/4d package for listening to their talk on 18 December 2018.
We were offered various lucrative packages with a 5 year vacation package. We were tempted by the offer and took the package. It cost us Rs. 80000.
The company immediately deducted the amount from our cheque and said that the offer was only for that day.
They gave us a receipt of the amount. Also they got our signatures done on terms and conditions.

The package features are as follows.
1. The package is for 7 days per year for 5 year ( India and Abroad ) after full payment
2. The package is for Max occupancy is for 2 adults and 2 kids below 9 years
3. You will get HASH TAG EXCHANGES Network for international holidays . ( If opted )
4. AMC ( Annual Maintenance Charges ) of Rs.7500/-plus 18% GST per year is applicable in this package . In the AMC, all the basic services inside the resorts like swimming pool, gym, indoor and outdoor games is available. You Dont have to Pay Your AMC is Waved Off.
5. For bookings, company need a 4 day to 30 days prior notice.
At our home resorts, we can offer you a booking before 3 to 15 days also. All bookings are subject to availability of rooms at the requested destination from our associate hotels and resort list some time of the year is black out period like new year and Christmas time and June month will have limited availability
6. The package is transferable, gift able and saleable also to any third party of your choice and at your will we will transfer the package at your request
7. You can carry forward, split and can take advance holidays in your package for up to 2 years. You can split your week in to 3 nights each slot
8. In case of international booking exchange fees will be applicable. The exchange fees is 23000 for 7 days for available resorts world wide in network
9 You will get the user ID of Hashtag exchanges within 3 months from the date of purchase. ( If opted )
10. In case of organizing any events by the company, you will get the passes by post.

Note:
Gift Voucher nights usages is valid up to maximum of 3 months from the date of joining, can only be used in off peak time utility charges will be applicable
From 20th of December til 5th of January is a black out period,
All bookings are subject availability and timely payment of Annual Maintenance Fee and 18% GST per year.
It is compulsory to use at least 6 nights in your base resort/hotel in your package tenure.
Entitlement is 6 nights per year for 2 adults and 2 kids. Kids age eight and above will count as adult and need extra room or bed (extra bed charges Rs 500 to Rs 1500 depend on resort to resort) food discount vary from resorts to resorts and some resorts do not participate in food discount terms beyond the above mentioned entitlement there is no other entitlement on verbal commitment is acceptable.
Bookings are subject to availability of requested dates and once confirmed by email cannot be cancelled .
this package can't be cancelled can only be used.
If do not wish to use your Nights you can save them for the following calendar year by notifying through your registered email ID to Customer care service before 30th November every year provided due AMC is clear
All communication for bookings request shall be through your registered email ID no Telephonic communication will be accepted for booking request no verbal assurance from whom so ever will be accepted in in regards for bookings.
But its been 3 years and the company not even responded to any of my mails or bookings and always gave some excuse.
