I have been in your esteemed CMC Vellore for the first time for master check ups of myself, my wife, father and mother. We came from Assam here with a belief that CMC doctors treat well and behave very well and the staff behaviour is VERY GOOD. But after coming here, except Dr Asha H S from the department of Endocrinology, who is REALLY GOOD and HELPful, all the doctors (specially from the department of medicines) we met are very rude as if they are treating us for free (will not name them with a hope that they will behave well like the doctors which they are supposed to do and not like the uneducated ### and treat the patients well in future because this is our first and last time in CMC. We will prefer to die than to not doing the mistake again coming to CMC, Vellore). Besides that maximum of the counter staffs like the registration and appointment counters, Cash counters, the security guards in all the departments and one staff specially providing the CD film for MRI in radiology department don't have at all manners to talk to the patients as if we are their slave and came here for free treatment. Moreover in cash counters, some are closing at 4 pm and some are closing at 6 pm when the timing is written in the notice boards that working hours is from 6 am to 6:30 pm. If the timings have been changed, which was replied by one of your lady staffs in the counter 10 while asking, then the boards placed in front of the counters should be removed. We sometimes feel like we came here for being harassed and not for treatment. We are taking the worst experience with us home as we are harassed and never suggest CMC, Vellore to anyone known to us. Because, neither we are treated for free nor the costs are less and very importantly the staffs along with the Doctors don't have manners to behave with the patients.

    I had written an email with subject line - Indoor case papers - Saroj Devi - hospital number 591547B - (hospitalisation date - Oct 29 - Nov 6)
    - for requesting ICP for my mom on Nov 06, 2022 and have sent 4 follow ups till date (Nov 24) . I also visited the Ms-office 2 for support three times but no help. They keep on saying that they will reply but have not responded yet.

    My mom was admitted twice and i have to claim around 2.5 lakhs from the insurance which will be denied in case i am not able to submit ICP by this friday,
    Please help me here. Request you to please share the ICP at the earliest.

      My father has been taking treatment at CMC since 2015. He regularly takes treatment for his varicose vein and heart problem. Yesterday(30/09/2022) he had his appointment. He had a terrible experience with the doctor. That doctor insulted my father very badly. Based on my father's appearance, he insulted my father very badly. I am really upset because of this incident.

      I have never seen a doctor like this in my entire life. A doctor means he should respect a patient and treat them with love and care. Is this a way to treat a patient? Does he have humanity? I can't believe CMC is hiring doctors like this.

      He asked my father, "Do you bath daily or not?" Is that even a question? This is how you guys are treating patients? He said my father looked dirty. How could he say this? Does he know what my father is going through?

      I believe he does not deserve to be a doctor. That doctor's name is Kiran.

      "Don't judge people by their appearance. Be kind to everyone. Because you never know what people are going through in their lives. "

        Secretary ke paas baar baar jaate the date lene ke liye.lekin wo date nahi deti hai patient 4 baar emergency me gaya hai abhi 20 din me. secretary ko batate hai ki patient ka tabiyat karaab hai to wo bolti hai "hum kya kare".

        Please help me to instant treatment.

          I had took a private OPD appointment with doctor Samuels C Raj Palapathi (Hand surgery Dept)
          But not allowed to meet the consultant even after paying 900 rupees.
          They made us to meet junior doctor and told if you want to meet the consultant you can take once again an repeat appointment. Such a horrible place where even after paying huge amount no appointment is given to meet the consultant.

            While the city reels under water shortage Corporation or CMC water is a big relief. But it's not the same here in Doddabidarakallu, ward no 40, where people pay huge sums to local valve men hoping to secure their share on water.

            Not just that but they could have got away with it until myself, a D group Layout Vinayaka Nagar resident found CMC water flowing incessantly from the blue Cauvery pipeline and checked with BWSSB if the water was cauvery testing as per claims from local valvemen.
            Denying any such claims BWSSB also suspects several faults from local valvemen and work contractors. This can be a case of encashing the excitement for cauvery water from people.
            "CMC valvemen and contractors claim that it's cauvery testing but we have not started anything of that sort yet. There is no connection with cauvery water supply to Doddabidarakallu area, a sub section of Herohalli " said Thimma Reddy, a BWSSB official.
            Moreover Maruti, the local valveman left many such faulty lines overflowing and this must have affected the blue line pipes (cauvery). Above that water seepages from these pipes were unattended for two years.
            As a resident, I tried to find out leakages amidst a lot of resistance from work contractor Mallikarjun And Valveman Maruti who tries to argue instead of fixing wastage of water to the ground. I was helpless until a team of BWSSB engineers visited the place and intervened. Joseph, Hoover, Environmental activist called this a scam from the growing Water Mafia around Andhrahalli main road, and other areas where these valvemen rule for almost a decade now. They also source waters tankers illegally and this has left innocent tax paying residents running from post to pole for basic amenities they deserve. They have also been subjected to a divide by valvemen who decide between people who should get water and people who should not get water based on the huge sum of money that is to be paid to them by building owners who won't reveal their illegal connections. These owners who can't leave their sumps overflowing owing to the illegal connections have been letting them to overflow to the unattended blue pipes. Thousands of litres of water goes waste and the residents of the same area who had not been given water in a regular basis are now waiting for a corporator to resolve this issue.
            Besides this the valvemen are playing the blame game wasting BWSSB's time not giving the exact location of water seepages despite knowing the reason for it. They are reluctant to open or dig near the places where some adjustments must have been made to set up extra illegal connections that led to this blunder. To sum up valvemen and a few contractors who have been managing the CMC pipelines for over 8 years now managed to get illegal lines, valves that are out of sight and from various points that could also be causing the cauvery line mix up.
            They favour only who are ready to pay more for water and most of these people who are ready to pay extra money use a lock to secure their sump doors so that they are not caught. And others who were expecting relief from cauvery water in future will just receive an overflow of illegal CMC pipes and not Cauvery water. This is the reality of spending crores of rupees on Cauvery pipelines. It is now a question whether to allow them to set up a cauvery meter for the blue pipeline because am not sure it's going to be that for me. The water seepage is also causing a menace around the BWSSB sewage Manhole, it's sickening that the valvemen can't identify the problem and fix it despite knowing the reason for water overflow.

            With barely a month or two left for Bbmp elections road repairs, pipeline installations are on the rise and the hopes to curb such activities are dim

              Hello This is subhash i came to CMC for meeting a dermatologist. The way the receptionist treating the patients is lethorgic when i paid my bill of 460 i gave 500 and the counter fellow is asking to go out and get the change and throwing bill on my face is this how the patient will be treated. Worst hospital i should have gone to some other hospital i wasted my time and money to coming to this hospital

              People ovee there only go th this hospital i[censored] need to waste ur money CMC has also become worst and lost its credibility

                We have not been getting CMC / Cauvery for the past few months though we are paying the cauvery bill. We heard that some repair work is going on for Cauvery and until then we should get CMC water.

                Past few months, they are not letting CMC water as well. Initial reason was motor repair ( multiple times). Now, we hear that a new valve operator is appointed but he is not letting water onto our street ( 8th cross ) whereas 7th cross gets it. Our complaints are in vain. Request you to kindly look into this.

                  I am handicapper using a walker and I told the gentlemen I was waiting for my husband to find a place to park and that he needed a replacement catheter bag which was leaking. The man said to me "go to a pharmacy". I told him I did already and they don't stock them. He told me "I" was snippy and to "get out"!. My husband came in at that time and the man started arguing with my husband. We refused to leave and he said he was going to call Security! He finally gave us paperwork and we went and sat down. When my husband was called in the absolute wonder nurse took care of him promptly and was extremely pleasant.
                  This man had no right treating us like he did and shouldn't be in charge of the ER check-in and I read on the CMC web site that there was more than 1 complaint about him. Date of incident was 4/10/22.

                    Need attention to management in this issue,

                    Today[protected] when my wife came to CMC hospital to collect the certificate for family planning when she went to pregnancy ward at evening 5.30 Pm on seventh Flore there the security miss behaved with her and he verbally called her to come with him in the hospital, how dare he has talked like this to someone who he doesn't know who is she, from where he got this support and with whose backup he treated her like this and this is the safety which your organization providing to patients is really shocking and this is zero tolerance and it's paining a lot for us, for further details please check the CCTV footage of the seventh floor and investigate the concern and insist him and all the staffs who are working in your hospital should have given induction training and never think of this again to any patient who comes to the hospital.

                    This is the last day of my visit to CMC in my entire life I will never come to CMC Hospital again and I will never recommend anyone to go to CMC hospital.

                      Harassment in the name of treatment.

                      My name is Jabed. I came to cmc vellore for treatment from Bangladesh on 08/03/2022. After completing all the formalities, I saw the doctor on 09/03/2022, the doctor gave me many tests and forwarded it to another doctor. Another doctor saw me on 11/03/2022, he also saw me hand over the test paper and after receiving the report prescribed medicine. My problem is getting worse with medication. When I told this to the doctor, he told me to come back after 3 months. (Will I survive these three months, body condition is much worse).

                      I was admitted to the first emergency on 18/03/2022, as soon as I was admitted I was asked to test, I deposited all the test money and did the test. But before receiving the report, I was discharged. (What kind of medical system)

                      16/03/2022 I again showed him my 2nd doctor, when I told him he told me to come after 3 months, and he prescribed medicine for 1180 / - rupees. My condition worsened after taking the medicine. When I was admitted to the emergency room again in a bad condition, I was sent back without any treatment.
                      Gives me pain injections.

                      When the pain subsided I came home. The next day a lot of pain again, I was admitted to the emergency again. Now sitting down with a test of a few thousand rupees, I test again. But it discharges me without any improvement. My father was not born with such a lack of medical care.

                      You may not have heard my cry or you may not have time to listen. The Lord will never give them shade.
                      You do something for my malpractice.

                                This is the complainant about the misbehave done by cmc lady
                                receptionist inside silver gate building. I was told to get inside the building if wanted to get private appointment of doctor. When I get to her She didnt listen to my query properly and shouted at me and made me out of the building. She took my receipt and told me now no treatment should be provided to you . I was shocked after seeing chip behaviour of some staff of such a reputed hospital.
                                I feel my voice to be heard and proper action should be taken by management so that people don't face troubled by such staff.

                                    1.Bad, rude, irresponsible behaviour by some security person, MRO, especially window staff. Once we ask or speak, they just start shouting showing there red blooded angerness.
                                    I never suggest anyone to come here for treatment after this type of threatening & harrasment enviornment of cmc.
                                    2. Treament schedule including appointment timing, Lab orders are not prompt. No road map for treatment, we surprised what will be the next procedure, nxt counter or the next building.Everyday 8'o clock morning visiting & leaving out from cmc campus almost 2-3 pm.Thereby, made us half day fasting. Doctors demanding multiple appointment. Its normal for delay upto minimum 1 month.
