Cmc Ltd Now It's Tcs — pf transfer or withdrawal

I wanted to withdraw my pf from cmc limited now it's tcs. I have sent all the relevant documents form 13 as per the mail sent by tcs and courieried all the documents to mumbai tcs. There is no response from tcs at all. When i called they asked me to register in the alumni portal iam not able to do that as well. I am trying it from past 3 years but response all. Also i tried withdrawing the amount hence approached the pf office they told me that i need to go it hyderabad to with draw as the account is in hyderabad. But i am from bangalore and employee of cmc bangalore.
