I have purchased lcv vehile tata 709g cngcanter from cmpl motors pvt ltd plot no e 145 industrial area phase 7 mohali sales person mr pankaj kumar [protected] .Last two months my cng vehicle problems not resolved mr. Sanjeev kumar gm of cmpl motor.Not resposing my calls and issue raise by me.
At the time of giving of vehicle pankaj kumar said that tat709g cng canter average is 12per kgas compare to higher than sml vehicle.
But vehicle is coming average only 7-8 per kgs. I raise issue to mr.Pankaj kumar and sanjeev kumar for avg related issue they said that there is sensor issue .Cmpl motor will replace that sensor but two month sensor is not changed .
Mr. Sanjeev kumar gm of cmpl motor not resposing my calls.
On 7/2/2022 i have placed complaint about mr.Pankaj kumar but this time mr.Sanjeev kumar gm of cmpl motor coming my office and compromise all issue related my complaints.At the compromises mr sanjeev kumar said that front side mirror order for your canter but at this time we are not received any mirror and not solved my complaints.
I am very harssasment by cmpl motor and thairs staff .
