I Sayeeda Kotadiya worked in CMS Computers Limited from2/2/1990 to 31/5/1995 when the pf no would also not appear on payslip also
Now I am retiring and want to apply for pension also but the CMS staff not helping out with the pf no .
Please they must have submitted form 5A giving all the details of the employee can anyone help us out
