I was employed with CMS IT Services Pvt. Ltd. until 9th June 2023. Upon my exit, I was assured that my full and final settlement, including pending salary, allowances, and other dues, would be cleared within the stipulated timeframe. However, despite numerous follow-ups via emails, phone calls, and personal visits, the company has failed to release my dues.
I have made several attempts to resolve this issue directly with the HR and Finance departments of CMS IT Services Pvt. Ltd., but my efforts have been in vain. I have not received any satisfactory response or timeline for the disbursement of my settlement amount.
I request the Indian Consumer Portal to intervene and assist in resolving this matter as soon as possible. I seek the immediate release of my pending full and final settlement amount from CMS IT Services Pvt. Ltd., along with any applicable interest for the delay caused.
