Cng Filling Station, Nh8, Near Local Petrol Pump Dhaula Kaun Palam Road, Delhi — poor service

1. It is 7.50am of 25 aug 2018 in the morning. There is queue of cars/taxis for filling the cng at this station
2. My numbers comes. At every point of filling one person is present but half of the staff is working and 1/2 is sitting.
3. When my number comes staff sitting there guided me to next point.
3. Lastly third person guided me to go the point which was for autos but vacant at that time and staff present there.
4. I waited at that point for around 3-4 minutes then i was told to go back to another point as it was for auto.
5. I went to the person managing customer care point and asked for customer compliant book. He didn't asked any question and gave me the book.
6. I asked his name but he walked out of the room and sent a guard in the room. (If camera's are there it can be checked)
5. I wrote the complaint and left the station without filling the cng.
6. Point to be noted:
A. Person are sitting there on duty (Three points).
B. Guiding the customer to next point and wrong point.
C. Person at customer care is not help full even not asked the problem i faced.
D. It seems he knows that customer complaint book is useless no one will take any action as compliant written before me on 25 july is not seen by any one as scrutinized colum is blank. (Copy of that book is with me)
