COSTAL GRAND RESORTS and HOTELS Membership Scam – No Response After ₹35, 000 Payment | Coastal Grand & TravelDice.
How to get the money back
We took a membership for ₹35, 000 from Coastal Grand after being invited to an event held at Turyaa Hotel, Chennai. The event was coordinated by people introduced to us via the Maruti Nexa showroom in Perungudi.
They promised exclusive travel deals and bookings through a so-called partnership with #TravelDice.

Our membership was pitched and confirmed in person by Mr. Madhu and Dr. Elango, who claimed to be the owners of Coastal Grand. After payment, we’ve been trying to reach the CRM team multiple times—through calls and emails—with zero response. It’s been weeks with no action or acknowledgment.
