Cochin Corporation — wastewater to the road

I usually found that there water with bad odour always in the service road, in the gutter, i thought it was because of rain. Today also i saw water in the same place. Last two three days there was no rain.

I understood that the the restaurant (Food inn restaurant) is flowing waste water to the road itself, may be in the night time.

Exact location - foodinn restaurant in the service road towards palarivattom, after chakkaraparambu bus stop.
