Received: ❌ Incorrect & Cheaper Non-MagSafe Case
It's been more than 4 weeks and still:
❌ No replacement
❌ No refund
❌ No customer support response
I've contacted them repeatedly through calls, chats, and emails, but now my calls are not being answered at all.
⚠️ The complaint regarding the incorrect product was raised with the Coconut Cases support team on the very same day I received the package. Despite being informed immediately, they have still failed to provide a replacement or refund.
To make matters worse:
🔴 My public comments/reviews about this issue were removed/deleted from their social media pages.
🔴 Even after filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), I spoke with a customer support representative(Sonal Chauhan/Support Team), who clearly stated that I could escalate the matter to any level of higher government authorities but they were not at all bothered about such escalations, and that they would neither provide a replacement nor issue a refund .
• After filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH), Coconut Cases blocked me from both their Instagram and Facebook accounts after removing all my comments and feedback from their posts.
As a customer, I am only asking for one of the following:
✅ Delivery of the correct MagSafe Case that I paid for
OR
