I enrolled in the 1-Month Cloud Computing Internship at Codec Technologies India from 08/05/2025 to 08/06/2025, and paid ₹99.00 through their official website. I received an official offer letter with the following credentials:
Company NCS ID: E19E[protected]
ISO Certificate No:[protected]QRA
Designation: Cloud Computing Intern
I completed all internship tasks properly and submitted my final project within the internship period, after correcting an initial mistake within a few minutes. My submitted projects were:
CloudDoc – Cloud-Based File Storage System

Live: https://calm-aegis-461805-k7.web.app
EchoClub – Real-Time Chat App using Serverless

However, I did not receive the internship kit, which was promised as part of the program.
I reached out to their official WhatsApp support number [protected] and explained the situation clearly. Instead of offering help, the person rudely denied responsibility and eventually blocked me on WhatsApp.
Additionally, they had promised that every student would be assigned an internship guide, but the person who contacted me initially (Vaishali – [protected]) never responded after recruitment. No support, no replies – despite repeated messages.
Another concern is that they advertised a “progress report” as part of the internship offering. However, at the end of the internship, they unexpectedly demanded an extra ₹109 for it – despite no such charge being mentioned in their initial communication, terms, or offer letter.
This experience has been very disappointing and unprofessional. As a student who trusted this platform, I feel misled and let down.
I request strict action be taken against Codec Technologies India to ensure:
They issue the promised internship kit
They are held accountable for support misbehavior and unfulfilled commitments
They stop demanding hidden or surprise charges from students
