1. just out of college and immature management team - venkat yarlagadda, srinivas karveda, prabhakar ailuri, tejo kongara
2. they promise you salary - after taxes amount before joining infact before you get a job without knowing the state in which you will work.
3. they will not bother about your marketing and keep suggesting you to change technologies every month.
4. they give you fake h1b copies to submit to the vendors and clients. but they ll not get their hands dirty.
5. they are black listed by all the top vendors and clients as they submitted fake h1b's and even green cards.
6. top clients hang up on you if they hear you are from codeforce.
7. so they have a different company called tekandco, don't know if it is genuine or fake company.
8. they charge money to file for internal h1, saying they have genuine project.
9. worst legal team, 99% of the files have rfe's and they do not use proper law firm to address them.
10. a person called swapna-so called internal attorney will never answer calls or respond to emails.
11. worst resource managers (don't even know abc of the technologies they suggest to consultants)
12. the so called kiran yarlagadda-ceo has other business (kids play school), he doesn't care about any employee in the company.
13. when it comes to the payroll, they hold your money (tens of thousands dollars), and they don't answer your call or they'll simply say we don't have sorry.
14. poor housing and accommodation.
15. they fake that they have 150+ people on bench.
If you're planning to join this consulting firm, better be ready to waste 6+ months on your opt, that you would regret very very badly later.
