This man I know is the one who got his website done by me (osmfriendshipclub.com).
Total project was for Rs.5000 and he paid Rs.2000 as an advance for which he got his domain booked by me that costs me Rs.1000 approx. After that I have given him hosting also that costs around Rs.2000 approx. Also his website has been designed and developed by my team which further adds to its cost. The site live as osmfriendshipclub.com (anyone can check that).
In totality, its me who is under a total loss as I have not yet received my final payment of Rs.3000 and on being asked for it I was told to add certain not so legal activities on his website which I denied. As a result of it, this man is trying to put me and my company in a bad name on internet which I can't accept.
For your portal, I have a question to ask!! On what basis did you accept the complaint made against me and put it online. This way I feel sorry for being in a democratic country where people do have the freedom of speech of expression but fail to understand its actual meaning.
I request you to either remove this fake complaint against me else suggest me the ways to proceed further and take necessary actions.
Also please let's not encourage people to use this place to take revenge from people by making fake complaints.
Kindly look into this matter and resolve my issue asap.
