Complaint Against Fraud by “Coding & Programming Universe (CPU)” Misusing the Name of Skill India Fake Fake fake
Dear Sir/Madam,
My name is Mrs. Damyanti Sahoo, and I run a study centre.
In August 2024, I was contacted through Instagram by an organization called Coding & Programming Universe (CPU). A representative named Rupanshi offered me a Skill India course for Rs. 10, 000, claiming I would get access to a free government-approved Skill India project.
I was asked to make the payment via a QR code with the following details:

After the payment, I was asked to create an ID on their website. However, instead of the promised Skill India project, they gave me access to their private website codingpu.com.
When I tried to contact Rupanshi regarding the issue, she stopped answering my calls. Later, when I attempted to reach her via chat, she not only ignored me but also blocked the ID that they had created for me.
This is clearly a fraud committed under the name of Skill India. They are operating through the website https://www.codingpu.com and falsely presenting themselves as part of the government initiative. According to their Instagram profile, they have already scammed over 100 people in a similar manner.
I request you to kindly investigate this matter, help me recover my payment, and take strict action against the individuals and organization involved to prevent further fraud.

मेरा नाम श्रीमती दमयंती साहू है और मैं अपना एक स्टडी सेंटर चलाती हूँ।
अगस्त 2024 में मुझे इंस्टाग्राम के माध्यम से Coding & Programming Universe (CPU) नामक संस्था द्वारा संपर्क किया गया। इनकी प्रतिनिधि रूपांशी ने मुझे बताया कि मुझे ₹10, 000 में Skill India का कोर्स मिलेगा और इसके तहत मुझे फ्री गवर्नमेंट प्रोजेक्ट भी उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
पेमेंट करने के लिए मुझे नीचे दिए गए विवरण के साथ एक QR कोड भेजा गया:

मैंने बताए अनुसार भुगतान कर दिया।
इसके बाद मुझे इनकी वेबसाइट पर एक आईडी बनाने के लिए कहा गया, लेकिन Skill India के प्रोजेक्ट की जगह मुझे इनकी निजी वेबसाइट https://www.codingpu.com की एक आईडी देकर काम करने को कहा गया।
जब मैंने रूपांशी से इस बारे में संपर्क किया, तो उन्होंने मेरा फोन उठाना बंद कर दिया। बाद में जब मैंने उनसे चैट के माध्यम से बात करने की कोशिश की, तो उन्होंने मेरी बनाई गई आईडी को ब्लॉक कर दिया।
यह Skill India के नाम पर किया गया एक सीधा धोखाधड़ी का मामला है। ये लोग अपनी वेबसाइट https://www.codingpu.com के ज़रिए लोगों को भ्रमित कर रहे हैं। इनकी इंस्टाग्राम प्रोफाइल के अनुसार ये अब तक 100 से अधिक लोगों के साथ ऐसा फ्रॉड कर चुके हैं।
मैं आपसे निवेदन करती हूँ कि इस मामले की उचित जांच करें, मेरी राशि वापस दिलाई जाए, और इस तरह के फ्रॉड को रोकने हेतु कठोर कार्रवाई की जाए।
