Coffee Day — benami properties of coffee day exposed

Several cases in the court of hubli/ bengaluru regarding benami properties. The coffe day has several acres of benami properties and police is enquiring and even raided several places in chikamangalur / bangalore/hubli/hassan etc.

Many people involved with shadow company - way to wealth is missing. This way to wealth was working behind all illegal coffee day activities. Low excerpts from the news and police is tracking more people.

The owner of the cafe chain, v. G. Siddharth, is former karnataka chief minister sm krishna's son-in-law is the big fish with all benami properties.

Months after former union minister and former karnataka chief minister sm krishna joined the bharatiya janata party (Bjp), income tax (I-t) authorities conducted search and seizure operations on his son-in-law vg siddharth, a businessman and owner of the popular café coffee day (Ccd) chain and a major investor in software services firm mindtree.

The i-t operations, which commenced early wednesday morning, were conducted at multiple places in bengaluru, hassan, chikmagalur, chennai, and mumbai.

Siddharth has business interests in information technology, logistics, coffee plantation, financial consultancy (Way2wealth) and hospitality.

According to i-t department sources, the operations were carried out in more than 25 premises belonging to siddharth. I-t sleuths also said operations were conducted in relation to a new case to verify if there was any undisclosed income and not related to any of the past cases.

Siddharth is the elder son-in-law of krishna, and is known to keep a low profile. He is a first-generation entrepreneur from chikmagalur.

A statement from coffee day enterprises said, “income tax officials have visited our premises. Coffee day enterprises is a responsible corporate following all norms of corporate governance. We continue to comply with (The) laws of land and will extend all co-operation with the concerned authority.”

Today’s i-t operations come after a series of similar operations conducted on high-profile congress party politicians such as dk shivakumar, who was a long-time protégé of krishna.

Sukumar K R and Anita Sukumar has lots of benami properties in bangalore / hassan/chikmangalur and several estates in bangalore.

IT dept raided his apartment in Dollars colony, bangalore and 10 lakhs recovered and he told IT department he does not work for coffe day but "Way to wealth" a shadow company.

Some ministers are supporting but justice is done finally . He hid some documents in his friends house. Anita sukumar rushed to chikmangalur to remove all shadow documents.

IT department must probe again .We from Vokkalingara sangha will not not leave any corrupt person like Sukumar and Anita Sukumar
This Sukumar K R has joined hands with his neighbour . Mr Subbayya Bhandary who works as a manager with TATA POWER in Bangalore in strategic electronics division, Hosur road bangalore. He has kept several in-discriminating documents in his house including several sale deeds of benami property. . When the raid took place, his wiife Suparna Bhandary shifted all documents to her mothers house in RT Nagar. Sukumar did not hand over cash to Subbayya Bhandary or Suparna Bhandary and cash was seized by the IT department. These matters were discussed between drivers of their apartment . On the date of raid, these people who are corrupt shifted their both cars out of the apartment. It is true that cash of Rs 10 lakhs was discovered from their house . Suparna bhandary now says that no documents were handed over by Anita Sukumar.Police and IT sleuths must investigate and get both these people into book.

Vokkalingara sangha is taking a serious follow up of this case and trying to locate Benami propertirs from chikmangalur and bangalore other residences.
Suparna Bhandary was working in a bank previously and she was fired after she used to circulate letters among fellow colleagues in the office. The women who were pregnant, she would link to some men and circulate letters.

This Anita Sukumars several documents of Coffee day and Way to wealth was hidden in her house. Subbiah Bhandary was a drunkard and he was beaten blue and black in RMV club of dollars colony in bangalore.

Any body doing any dealing with these coward people are taking risk.IT department case is in court.
Lot of illegal activities going on in Suparna Bhandary a paranoid lady of RT nagar. Her residence must be raided so that Police can capture all illegal activities.

I know Anita sukumar who has handed over lot of benami properties of Coffee day and way to wealth .IT Department did one good thing by raiding and seizing 10 lakhs. The raid went onfor 3 days. IT department stayed in their house . Anita sukumar -disappeared to Chikkamangalur . These are shameless people cheating Government .

This Sukumar Gowda is a total fraud man. His house was raided and 5 lakhs in cash was discovered. About 25 lakhs was kept in the house of Subhhaya Bhadary and suparna Bhandary . Several illegal documents kept in Suparna bhandary house in Krishna Gardenia apartment in RMV 2nd stage.. A police raid can get rest of the documents.Both are fraud people .
Income Tax has been alerted to nab this man as he has coffee estates and supply to coffee Day, in Bangalore, Mysore etc. The land is benami property of Coffee Day. Vokkalingara sangha has removed him from sangha due to his illegal activities.Will income tax authorities look into his illegal earnings. They stay in Krishna gardenia Apartment, RMV 2nd stage Bangalore.( near New BEL Road)
