We paid Cognezic the full fee to close our private limited company, and Shivam was our point of contact. The strike-off documents were signed in July and August 2021. Five years later the company still shows as Active on public records, and the ESIC registration was never cancelled, so our director is now receiving ESIC non-payment notices for a company that should have been closed.
When we raised this in October 2026, Shivam asked us to file monthly ESIC returns and to obtain the closure document ourselves, even though completing the closure was the service we paid for. His last reply was on 10/10/2026. Since 10/19 I have emailed every day asking for the status of the strike-off filing, and copied Cognezic's management from 10/21. We have not received any response.
Our experience was slow service and poor communication on a simple closure. I will gladly update this complaint if Cognezic completes the closure or refunds our fee. Was this information helpful? |
