The above said employee has joined in cognizant years ago in COVID pandemic time with fake experience certificate form, payslips)form16, without having real experience however provided 2 plus yrs of experience. After returning from Usa his master's he was idel and preparing for government exam and with fake certificates he joined in the organisation and he took work support too in the process of support the female colleagues who recognised that he is not genuine he made aligations on her and may sexual abuses by saying he is man and he came do whatever he can do .
You can cross check his payslips also before joining your organisation he doesn't have any genuine experience plus he did interview by lipmovement and the institute trainee answering the questions.
Please take actions for his fake experience and for sexualabuse on a women's. He is the worst person and he had to be punished so that next time he should not repeat such disturbances to any females in this state or country. Thank-you
He also started new IT startup by his own with 2partners and cheating outside by taking amount that he gives new jobs with good payments.
Take the action on him. This kind of citizens should be punished and not encouraged
