Please rectify the bill generated on 1st October 2014 and confirm me. I had been using bundle offer from 1st Sep to 18th Sep for which I am entitled for 1GB free data usage and from 18th to 30th Sep I had taken a data top up for Rs 175 which entitles me for another 1GB usage. So total I am entitled for 2GB of total free data usage, and so I did consume 2.05GB as per your page3 of your bill, then why did not I get discount for 2GB usage and VF mobile connect charges of 1433.82 was charged ?
