Cognizant Technology & Solutions — Tl sam vijay and hr sundarsan forced me to resign because i was pregnant

I resigned my job because of my TL Sam Vijay from Ovationbrands. Now he is been promoted as a team manager. He was very rude and arrogant to me and spoke in a very sercastic manner when I told him am a pregnant. That's why I put down my papers. I served the notice period for 1 and a half months. After that I revoked my resignation due to my personal commitment. And it was accepted by the program HR. Few days after revoking my resignation my TL threatened me that he will put in PIP when I asked him for one day leave for a medical check up.

After that the program HR Sundarsan spoke to me in a one on one session and forced me to resign immediately as the program has already taken a replacement for me. Also he said that the last working date is 11 sep 2015. He said that I can't stay in the program after 11 September 2015. And he will not be able to put me in any other process as I didn't complete 12 months in the current process. HR Sunderson gave me no choice other than to leave the company on 11 September 2015

He clearly told me that I can continue with the same notice period that I already served before revoking my papers. As he promised he gave my resignation acceptance letter. No one from the HR Team told me that I have to serve the notice period nor about paying 43000 to get my reliving. Cognizant is the worst company I have ever worked with. You guys forced me to resign and now asking me to pay 43000. I would like to file a case against the company for forcing me to resign.
