Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation — birth certificate is not received

Dear sir/madam,

By last month feb-20-2018 i have submitted form for issuing birth certificate for my son and i paid money for two copies. There is no proper communication from the office and i was called again after 15 days and i requested to sign in one more form[pink colour form] this process is done by this month 10-march. Almost this is also 18 days completed. Still i didn't receive the birth certificate and i didn't get any updates. Please let me know the point of contact to get the updates.

Please help to get the certificate.
