The house adjacent to me (No: 23, Nanjammal Street, K.K.Pudur Cbe- 641038) has a very troublesome dog day and night. It keeps howling the whole day and won't stop unless our neighbor closes the door which they don't do even after requesting so many times. It sounds of barks are very loud and disturb others staying nearby. The thing is that the owner of the building is not available here to complaint about such noise and a nuisance environment so that others can’t live peacefully.
We around us requested the owner of the dogs keep dogs closed inside the house instead of parking outside of the gate, There is no response from anyone while saying anything, and getting responses such from the owner f the dog “Go and complaint to anyone if you want“ Such a pathetic behavior by him makes us no use of speaking with the owner in any cause. There are 3 and more dogs available at the house which makes it noisy and disturbs others while it is parking outside of the gate.
Also, the dog barks at anything that moves outside the house, if an ordinary passerby crosses the home on the public road, it barks. If some other strays come by it barks. It is very loud and very troublesome. Whatever activity we are doing come to a standstill because of this dog.
I have small kids and other small kids come to our home for playing and study and they too get scared and start crying when the dog starts barking non-stop.
Keeping health as a priority in our life, the 3 dogs are passing their toilets on at public street in front of their house. When we ask the toilets are getting waste creating bad smell while passing the roads and streets.
We literally warned about this many times still no response whatsoever we complained to them instead they are doing the same things, again and again, every day.
We can’t make them understand about dogs passing their waste toilets on the streets creates a bad health culture in the environment, attached are photos here.
As per law also such a nuisance dog is hazardous to others’ health and personal life.
May I request take appropriate action and help us to stop their nuisance or advise what could be best for us? Our life has become hell for the last 1 yr. or so.
My mother is having a heart problem and he has moved to my sister's house as he can't bear such a heart-scaring dog's barking.
Any support and early action will be highly appreciable.
