Coimbatore City Municipal Corporation — Drinking Water Supply Problem

We are residing at Ram Nagar, Saravana Nagar Back Sir, Saravana Nagar Extension, Sakti Nagar,
TVS Nagar Road, Velandipalayam Post, CBE-25. (Ward-16).
We are suffering from not distributing drinking water in our area for the last 10 days. We keep on asking the officers, those who are visiting. They said, first they will fix the new water connection to the houses, then only they will supply the drinking water. But for your kind information, they didn't fix the old connection, which has not got water by the fixed pipe(blue Color all over Coimbatore).
We requested many times to them personally, to fix the old pipe (blue color, which has been laid over the sand bed and not working(water not coming out of this fixed pipe)) to get water, but they carelessly answer the same.

We kindly request you to take the necessary action on this issue.

எங்கள் பகுதியில் கடந்த 10 நாட்களாக குடிநீர் வினியோகிக்காமல் அவதிப்பட்டு வருகிறோம். அதிகாரிகள், வருகை தருபவர்களிடம் கேட்டுக்கொண்டே இருக்கிறோம். முதலில் வீடுகளுக்கு புதிய குடிநீர் இணைப்பை சரி செய்து, அதன்பின் தான் குடிநீர் வினியோகம் செய்வோம் என்றனர். ஆனால் உங்கள் அன்பான தகவலுக்கு, அவர்கள் பழைய இணைப்பை சரிசெய்யவில்லை, அது நிலையான குழாய் மூலம் தண்ணீர் வரவில்லை (கோவை முழுவதும் நீல நிறம்).
பழைய குழாயை (மணல் படுக்கைக்கு மேல் போடப்பட்டு வேலை செய்யாத நீல நிறம் (இந்த நிலையான குழாயில் இருந்து தண்ணீர் வரவில்லை)) தண்ணீர் எடுக்கும்படி அவர்களிடம் தனிப்பட்ட முறையில் பலமுறை கோரிக்கை விடுத்தோம், ஆனால் அவர்களும் அலட்சியமாக பதில் சொல்கிறார்கள்.

இப்பிரச்சினைக்கு தேவையான நடவடிக்கை எடுக்குமாறு அன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம்.
